In order to ensure that guests receive the best possible service, it is important that both stylist and guests protect the time scheduled for appointments. We ask that guests be on time for all appointments, arriving five to ten minutes prior to their scheduled appointment, if possible, in order to make the most of their full appointment time. If a guest needs to cancel or reschedule their appointment, we ask that guests make every effort to notify at least 48 hours before the scheduled time if possible. •If a guest cancels their appointment less than 48 hours before the appointment time, Gabyextensionista Ltd. Co. reserves the right to charge 25% of the scheduled service price •If a guest cancels their appointment less than 24 hours before the appointment time, Gabyextensionista Ltd. Co. reserves the right to charge 50% of the scheduled service price •If a guest does not show up for their appointment, Gabyextensionista Ltd. Co. reserves the right to charge 100% of the scheduled service price •If a guest is more than fifteen minutes late for their appointment, we reserve the right to modify the scheduled services and/or reschedule services or appointment as needed •If a guest does not have a card on file, Gabyextensionista Ltd. Co. reserves the right to charge the above fees as a non-refundable deposit at the time of rescheduling appointments and services. The above fees WILL NOT be used towards the scheduled service total. Gabyextensionista Ltd. Co. understands that emergencies and unexpected circumstances may arise, and exceptions to this policy will be made as needed. The complete satisfaction of guests is one of our main priorities, and we do our best to offer prompt solutions to any problems or concerns that may arise.
